Formal dinner for all pre-sessional students at Hatfield College on Thursday 14th September

Formal dinners are tradition here at Durham and take place in all of the colleges. You are invited to experience a formal dinner at Hatfield College. The formal will take place at 6.30pm on Thursday 14th September.

The menu is:

Roasted Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash Soup (v)

With toasted seeds & crème fraiche

Roasted Chicken Breast

With pancetta & herbed lentils, potato fondant, roasted root vegetables & port sauce

For vegetarians:

Leek, Potato and Shallot Cake (v) **

With sauté spinach, confit tomatoes & soft poached free range hens egg

And:

Baked Exotic Cheesecake (v)

With mango & passion fruit coulis
