JB Finalists Formal will take place on Monday 3rd June.

All years can sign up but finalists will have priority for places.

The dress code is lounge suit and gowned.

The menu is:

Oven roast pork joint with crispy belly pork, gremolata mash, pea and mint purée, fine beans and sage crisp

OR

Roast butternut squash and sage risotto, broad beans, charred spring onions and chive oil (vegetarian)
