If you book a ticket to this Formal and have not been invited to do so, your ticket will be automatically cancelled and you will not receive a refund. If you have been invited to do so, please ensure you book under the correct sport/society package listed. Names will be checked.

Booking Instructions for those invited:

We are delighted to welcome students who have been invited to Hatfield's side of the Hatfield-Castle Day Formal to book their tickets through this link. Please find the sport/society under which you will be attending, and book a ticket for that package only.

The Formal starts promptly at 19:00 in the Great Hall of the Castle. The Castle bar will be open from 18:15 for drinks. To avoid being turned away from the door, it is advised that you arrive at the door at least 18:55.
