Hatfield MCR members and guests are warmly welcome to book onto the Sports and Societies Formal.
Join us for Formal. A three-course meal will served in the Dining Hall at 7.00pm. The dress code is smart attire and gowns. Please meet outside the doors to the right of the Dining Hall from 6:30pm to sign in. If arriving later than 6:55pm, you will unfortunately not be admitted to the formal. Wine will be available to purchase at the Bar from 6:30pm before heading to the Dining Hall.
The menu for this evening is:
Baked goats’ cheese en croûte with pickled beets and apple salad (v)

Pancetta wrapped chicken with basil mash, stewed pepper tart,
cavolo nero and diable sauce
Or
Butternut squash, butter bean and spring onion croquet with basil mash,
stewed pepper tart, cavolo nero and diable sauce (v)

Chocolate tart with Ginger crumble and caramel sauce
