Borrow a gown from Hatfield MCR

Borrow a gown from Hatfield MCR (to be used only at formals in Hatfield)! A £5 charge applies per gown borrowing occasion for Associate Members (those who have not paid the levy) and guests (friends from other colleges/common rooms, family members, visitors to Durham...). This is to cover the cost of the gowns to the MCR as well as cleaning fees. Ordinary Members (those who have paid the Hatfield MCR levy) may borrow gowns free of charge and do not need to book. Unless otherwise informed, please arrive to the Hatfield MCR Cottage (DH1 3RQ) by 6:30pm on formal nights to collect gowns for borrowing. Please bring a form of ID (drivers' license, campus card, etc.) which we will hold during the formal and return to you afterwards in exchange for the borrowed gown. Gowns must be returned the same day, immediately after the end of the formal, to the MCR Cottage. If gowns are lost or excessively damaged, you will be charged the price of a new gown. Refunds will not be possible.
