Hatfield MCR members and guests are warmly welcome to book onto the Floreat Dinner.
Join us for Formal. A three-course meal will served in the Dining Hall at 7.00pm. The dress code is smart attire and gowns. Please meet outside the doors to the right of the Dining Hall from 6:30pm to sign in. If arriving later than 6:55pm, you will unfortunately not be admitted to the formal. Wine will be available to purchase at the Bar from 6:30pm before heading to the Dining Hall.
The menu for this evening is:
Torched feta with sesame crumb
with Asian slaw, toasted flat bread and Korean sweet chilli sauce

Slow cooked pulled lamb shoulder
with Moroccan spices, lemon coriander cous cous. crispy shallots and pomegranate
Or
Harissa aubergine steak
with Moroccan spices, lemon coriander cous cous, crispy shallots and pomegranate (v)

Chocolate tart
with Ginger crumble and caramel sauce
