Hatfield JCR members and guests are warmly welcome to book onto the Floreat Dinner.
Join us for Formal. A three-course meal will served in the Dining Hall at 7.00pm. The dress code is smart attire and gowns. Please meet in the Jevons' Courtyard from 6.00pm. Wine will be available to purchase at the Bar before heading to the Dining Hall by 6.30pm.
The menu for this evening is:
Torched feta with sesame crumb
with Asian slaw, toasted flat bread and Korean sweet chilli sauce

Slow cooked pulled lamb shoulder
with Moroccan spices, lemon coriander cous cous. crispy shallots and pomegranate
Or
Harissa aubergine steak
with Moroccan spices, lemon coriander cous cous, crispy shallots and pomegranate (v)

with Ginger crumble and caramel sauce
