Hatfield graduands are warmly invited to book a graduation dinner in College with accompanying family and friends.

Congratulations to all of our Hatfield students congregating at the Winter ceremonies. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you. As part of the celebrations we are organising a Graduation Dinner in College on Friday 5 January 2024, 6.30 for 7.00pm in the Dining Hall. The dress code is smart casual (no gowns required). Before and after dinner, you are welcome to use the Burt Room, the College's social space.
The menu for the dinner is:
Seasonal vegetable soup
with salt and pepper croutons (v)
Breast of chicken stuffed with mushrooms and tarragon
with fondant potatoes, carrot and parsnip puree, honey roasted carrot and red wine sauce
Wild mushroom pithivier
with sauteed kale, roasted celeriac and red wine sauce (v)
Chocolate and red berry ruffle
with macerated fruits (v)
Welcome drink (glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic alternative) included.
Every Hatfield Graduand is invited to one dinner with reception drink as a guest of College at no cost.
The cost to book an additional dinner or to book guests will be £21.00 per person, including a reception drink with a three-course meal. Please note: there is an option to 'Add Guest' to the graduand booking, one guest at a time.
The deadline for booking is 09.00 on Friday 15 December 2023.
