Hatfield graduands are warmly invited to book the winter graduation dinner in College with accompanying family and friends.
[Please note: these bookings are restricted to Hatfield graduands, and bookings can only be made using a Durham University account]
GRADUATION DINNER
The Hatfield College Winter Congregation Dinner will take place on Friday 9th January 2026.
The cost for every Hatfield Graduand to book will be £22.27, including a reception drink with the three-course meal.
The cost to book guests will be £26.13 per person, including a reception drink with the three-course meal. The dress code is smart casual.
Reception drinks will be served from 6.30pm in the College Dining Room, followed by dinner at 7.00pm. Before and after dinner, you are welcome in the Burt Room, the College’s social space, to purchase any additional drinks. Wine will be available to purchase in the Burt Room.
If you have any dietary or other special requirements (such as blue badge parking) please make a note on the booking form. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer accommodation in College on this occasion.
[Please note there is an option to ‘Add Guest’ to the graduand booking, one guest at a time.]
The deadline for booking is 5.00pm on Monday 15December 2025. It will not be possible to book beyond this date.
REFUND POLICY: Please note that cancellations made after the booking deadline will be non-refundable.
