Hatfield graduands are warmly invited to book graduation dinners and accommodation in College with accompanying family and friends.

GRADUATION DINNERS
As part of the celebrations we are organising Graduation dinners in College on:
Every Hatfield Graduand is invited to one dinner with reception drink as a guest of College at no cost.
The cost to book an additional dinner or to book guests will be £20.00 per person, including a reception drink with the three-course meal. The dress code is smart casual.
Reception drinks will be served from 6.30pm in the College Dining Room, followed by dinner at 7.00pm. The Burt Room will also be open for drinks after dinner until 11.00pm, and all graduands and their guests are welcome to use the Burt Room on all nights when it is open (from 7.00 - 11.00pm).
If you have any dietary or other special requirements (such as blue badge parking) please do make a note on the booking form.

COLLEGE ACCOMMODATION
We have a limited number of single en-suite rooms available in College bookable from Monday 24 June up until Thursday 4 July. (Check-in time is 2.00pm, and check-out time is 10.00am.) Please note that the single en-suite rooms are single occupancy only.
Graduands who are living in College will be able to stay in College during Congregation at no extra cost. For further details please contact Hatfield Student Support.
All other Hatfield Graduands are welcome to book single en-suite accommodation in College at University prices for graduands (£34.00 per night including breakfast).
Guests of graduands are welcome to book en-suite accommodation in College (single £63.00 per night including breakfast, twin £100.00 per room including breakfast).

The deadline for booking is 11.00am on Monday 17 June 2024. It will not be possible to book beyond this date.
REFUND POLICY: Please note that cancellations made after the booking deadline will be non-refundable.
