Hatfield MCR members and guests are warmly invited to book onto the SHAG Formal dinner in College.
Join us for Formal. A three-course meal will served in the Dining Hall at 7.00pm. The dress code is smart attire and gowns. Please meet in the MCR Common Room from 6.00pm. Wine will be available to purchase at the Bar before heading to the Dining Hall by 6.30pm.
The menu for this evening is:
Starter
Baked boats' cheese croute (with pickled beets and apple salad). (V)
Main Course
Breast of chicken (with roasted shallot mash, truffled cabbage, tender stem broccoli and caramelised onion puree).
OR
Squash fondant (with creamed spinach and pumpkin seed crumble, truffled cabbage, tender stem broccoli and caramelised onion puree). (V)
Dessert
Banoffee tart (with caramelised banana).
