Hatfield MCR members and guests are warmly invited to book for Summer Formal dinner in College.
Join us for Summer Formal dinner. A three-course meal will served in the Dining Hall at 7.00pm. The dress code is smart attire and gowns. Please meet in the MCR Common Room from 6.00pm. Wine will be available to purchase at the Bar before heading to the Dining Hall by 6.30pm.
The menu for this evening is :
Roasted tomato and red pepper soup with focaccia croutons and crumbled feta (v)

Rump steak with Hasselback potato, slow cooked vine tomato, rocket and parmesan salad and a chimichurri dressing
Spinach and ricotta tortellini, tomato ragu, sautéed spinach, garlic roast cauliflower and parmesan crisps (v)

Tarte au citron with torched meringue and raspberry crumble
