Hatfield MCR members and guests are warmly invited to book for Floreat Dinner in College.
Join us for Floreat dinner - a special occasion in College where we celebrate the outstanding contributions of students and staff to many aspects of College life through the award of named trophies, prizes and College Colours. . A three-course meal will served in the Dining Hall at 7.00pm. The dress code is smart attire and gowns. Please meet in the MCR Common Room from 6.00pm. Wine will be available to purchase at the Bar before heading to the Dining Hall by 6.30pm.
The menu for this evening is :
Summer squash soup with spiced chickpeas and coriander crème fraiche (v)

Oven roast pork joint with crispy belly pork, gremolata mash, pea and mint purée, fine beans and sage crisp
Porcini Ravioli with sautéed wild mushrooms, garlic & baby spinach, madeira cream sauce (v)
