Hatfield graduands are warmly invited to book graduation dinners in College with accompanying family and friends.

GRADUATION DINNERS
As part of the celebrations we are organising Graduation dinners in College on:
- Wednesday, 8 January 2025
- Thursday, 9 January 2025
Every Hatfield Graduand is invited to one dinner with reception drink as a guest of College at no cost.
The cost to book an additional dinner or to book guests will be £24.00 per person, including a reception drink with the three-course meal. The dress code is smart casual.
Reception drinks will be served from 6.30pm in the College Dining Room, followed by dinner at 7.00pm. The Burt Room will also be open for drinks after dinner until 11.00pm, and all graduands and their guests are welcome to use the Burt Room on all nights when it is open (from 7.00 - 11.00pm).
If you have any dietary or other special requirements (such as blue badge parking) please do make a note on the booking form.
[Please note: there is an option to 'Add Guest' to the graduand booking, one guest at a time.]
The deadline for booking is 11.00am on Tuesday 17 December 2024. It will not be possible to book beyond this date.
REFUND POLICY: Please note that cancellations made after the booking deadline will be non-refundable.
