We are delighted to welcome back alumni and guests to Grey College Reunion Weekend, held from 17th – 18th April 2026.
It is a great opportunity to visit College and Durham, and to reconnect with friends. We have added an optional additional session into the programme for you to connect with college staff and friends in the afternoon of the reunion dinner.
Reunion Programme Saturday18th April 2026
3.00-4.30pm Grey College Old Library(optional but requires booking)
An opportunity to reminisce & share stories of Grey College life, with a short presentation from the Principal, Prof Sonia Virdee, alumni and students, drawn from archive material and contributions from alumni. Bookings can be made on the system.
Accompanied by discussion and tea/coffee with cakes.

Guest List
Many alumni have told us that they like to see a list of people who have booked to attend events such as this one, as it can influence whether they choose to come. Please indicate whether you wish to have your name visible on this list (only alumni will be listed, not their guests).
The list will start to be updated from Februrary, you will be able to access it on our website on our Alumni page found at: Alumni and Friends - Durham UniversityPlease note also that the list will be updated manually in batches, so your name may take some time to appear, and this does not imply that your booking has not been received.
Accommodation
Bed and Breakfast accommodation will be available in College on the nights of on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th April. Accommodation will be in single en-suite rooms in the Holgate Block. Arrivals are from 2pm on either the Friday or the Saturday with check-out by 11 am on the Sunday morning.
Bookings and Cancellations
The Reunion Dinner is priced at £52, and single en-suite accommodation at £60 per night.
To commence booking, you need to set-up an account if you don't already have one. For alumni who have not used the system before an account should be set-up as an “External login' below and then change the tab at the top so that “Register” is highlighted. Please note when completing the captcha you are required to answer the sum. For any queries related to the reunion please email grey.alumni@durham.ac.uk.
Bookings close at 9am on 30 March 2026. Places can be cancelled until bookings close at 9am on 30 March 2026 After this time, no cancellation or refund will be possible. To cancel a place before this time, please log-in to your Ecommerce account and cancel it, and then please email grey.college@durham.ac.uk so the payment can be refunded.
