We are delighted to welcome back alumni and guest to Grey College Reunion Weekend, held from 12th – 14th April 2024. It is a great opportunity to visit College and Durham, and to reconnect with friends.
Reunion Timetable
Bed and Breakfast accommodation is available in College on the nights of on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th April. Accommodation will be in single en-suite rooms in the Holgate Block and costs £53:55 per person per night. Arrivals are from 2 pm on either the Friday or the Saturday with check-out by 11 am on the Sunday morning.
On Saturday Afternoon there will be the Alumni Association AGM. More details will be provided later.
The Reunion Dinner, costing £40 per person, will take place at 7.00 pm on Saturday 13th April in the recently refurbished Dining Hall, commencing with a Drinks Reception from 6:30 pm. Bookings are now open until midday on Tuesday 2nd April 2024.

Bookings and Questions
To commence booking, you need to set-up an account on e-commerce. For alumni who have not used the system before an account should be set-up as an “External User” and then change the tab at the top so that “Register” is highlighted. Please note when completing the captcha you are required to answer the sum. For any queries related to the reunion please email grey.alumni@durham.ac.uk.
Cancellations
If, after booking, cancellation is required, places at the reunion can be cancelled until bookings close at 11:59 am on Tuesday 2nd April. After this time, no cancellation or refund will be possible. To cancel a place before this time, please log-in to your Ecommerce account and cancel it, and then please email grey.college@durham.ac.uk so the payment can be refunded.
