A Charity Formal in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness and Coppafeel

Prof. Simon Forrest would like to invite members of the College Community to join him on high table for this year's Charity Formal.

Menu:

Seasonal vegetable soup with salt and pepper croutons (v)

Breast of chicken stuffed with mushrooms and tarragon, fondant potato, carrot and parsnip purée, honey roast carrot and red wine sauce

Pumpkin ravioli, torched feta, tender stem broccoli and buttered spinach and a tomato butter sauce (v)
