College Principal, Professor Simon Forrest, is delighted to invite you to join us for Formal Dinner in the Great Hall at University College

An auction will follow dinner to raise funds for the amazing work of St Margaret's Centre, Durham.

Menu:

Celeriac soupwith caramelised cauliflower & toasted seeds

Honey roast duck breast with confit leg bon bon OR roasted cauliflower steak with onion bon bon

Served with dauphinoise potato, celeriac puree, tender-stem broccoli and port sauce

Baked chocolate and orange cheesecakewith vanilla cream and chocolate shard

This is a black-tie event with a suggestion of a hint of green or purple.

Pre-dinner drinks will be served in the Bishop's Dining Room from 6pm, speeches in the Great Hall at 6:45pm and dinner will served at 7pm.
