Collingwood Summer Ball 2026
Join us for an evening of celestial magic at the gorgeous Hardwick Hall Hotel on Tuesday 9th June 2026
The evening will begin with a luxury cocktail drinks reception, a three-course meal followed by an enchanting evening of entertainment: fairground rides, live bands, surprise headliner, DJ Boiler room, free food trucks, photobooth, many more surprises throughout the night, and no Summer Ball would be complete without survivors’ breakfast back at college for those who make it from sunset to sunrise!

Starter - Truffle infused Duck & Liver Parfait House Chutney, Toast Croutes
Main - Roast Chicken Breast wrapped in Pancetta with a Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Jus (note Halal without Pancetta)
Dessert - Chocolate Brownie with Raspberry Gel & Vanilla Ice Cream
Vegetarian/Vegan menu:
Starter - Sun Blushed Tomato & Blue Cheese Tart, Served with dressed Pea Shoots & Beetroot Glaze
Main - Roasted Root Vegetable Pie served with a caramelised onion jus with Gratin Potato
Dessert - Chocolate Brownie with Raspberry Gel & Vanilla Ice Cream
