Roast sirloin of West Rackwood Farm beef with potato press, braised Roscoff onion, cavolo nero cabbage and carrot crisps

Roast squash and leek pithivier with charred vegetables, potato press and tomato truffle sauce (v)

Dessert

Torched crème brûlée tart with poached strawberries and basil sponge (v)

Followed by Tea, Coffee and Mints

Every Collingwood Graduand is invited to one Dinner as a guest of the college at no cost. To book a guest or to attend more than one dinner as a Graduand please book a guest ticket. The cost is £39
