Another massive night in the calendar, the Collingwood Rugby Charity Ball, raising money for NS10 foundation, a charity working to better mental health support and awareness for young people in sports clubs across the UK.

Black tie dress code with a red and black theme. The evening will begin with a drinks reception in stags with all guests to move to the dining hall for a sit down meal and a few speeches. Afterwards, all are invited for some post-meal entertainment with CCRFB playing in the theatre.

Roast pork mini joint with grain mustard mash, roasted carrot, carrot and anise purée, caramelised apple and black pudding

Squash fondant with creamed spinach and pumpkin seed crumble, truffled cabbage, tenderstem broccoli and caramelised onion purée (v)
