• Baked goats’ cheese en croûte with pickled beetroot and apple salad (v)
• Roast carrot hummus with torched vegan feta, pickled red onions, flatbread croutons, carrot crisps and curry oil (vegan)

Main:

• Roasted chalk stream trout with potato and leek cake, braised Roscoff onion, onion purée, roasted fennel and lemon butter sauce

Or

• Wild mushroom and kale gratin with potato and leek cake, braised Roscoff onion, onion purée, roasted fennel and thyme sauce (v)

Dessert:

• Chocolate caramel tart with vanilla cream (v)
